Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project execution for interior fit-out, renovation, and building development works.
Handle all
building plan submissions, authority approvals
, and ensure full compliance with
BCA, URA, SCDF
, and other statutory requirements.
Liaise effectively with
architects, builders, contractors, consultants, and government bodies
to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Supervise and monitor site activities to ensure safety standards, quality benchmarks, and project schedules are met.
Manage tendering, vendor selection, and contractor performance, ensuring cost and timeline efficiency.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for design finalization, progress reporting, and issue resolution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and approval records.
Oversee
handover and occupancy certificate processes
, ensuring all compliance and quality standards are fulfilled.
Provide regular project status updates to management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
Mandatory:
Singapore Citizen.
Education:
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience:
Minimum
8-10 years
of relevant experience in project management, building approvals, and interior fit-out works.
Strong working knowledge of
Singapore's regulatory frameworks
(BCA, URA, NEA, SCDF, PUB, etc.).
Proven experience in
liaisoning and coordination
with builders, consultants, and authorities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
Proficient in
AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office Suite
.
Added advantage: Prior experience managing projects in
Australia and Malaysia
, with familiarity in local compliance and design standards.
