Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, monitor and control project as per contractual, client and QEHS requirements.
Ensure smooth implementation of work progress so project can be completed on time, within budget and meet contractual & safety standards.
Manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure compliance in terms of QEHS, schedule and cost.
Define clear roles & responsibilities, and deliverable requirements of team members.
Monitor construction productivity and provide recommendations for improvement to works.
Preparation of site progress report and necessary documentation.
Ensure that all project documentation including emails exchanges are maintained properly
Report to management periodically on status of project in terms of QEHS, cost and schedule.
Any other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Posses degree in civil engineering, construction management or equivalent and safety certificates like CSCPM.
At least 8 years experience as project manager in building project
Able to work independently and lead project team
Proficient in Microsoft Project
* Certified QM/ Conquas Manager would have an added advantage
