Develop and execute health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
Prepare and enforce policies to establish a culture of health and safety
Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
Conduct training and presentations for health and safety matters and accident prevention
Monitor compliance to policies and laws by inspecting employees and operations
Inspect equipment and machinery to observe possible unsafe conditions
Investigate accidents or incidents to discover causes and handle worker's compensation claims
Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures
Report on health and safety awareness, issues and statistics
Ensure all works are carried out according to construction drawings and specification.
Ensure site safety & health measures are in place before and during construction.
Troubleshoot site problems to ensure smooth progress of works.
To monitor materials on site in order to ensure that the appropriate material is available to meet the construction program.
Provide daily report and progress to managers.
Supervision of workers and subcontractors on daily site activities
Keep track of the site schedule to ensure works are on time
Compliance to safe work procedures and maintain good house-keeping
Ensure safety matters on site and quality of completed works
Assist Project Manager in material and equipment acquisition
Supervise site electrical installation.
Supervise and coordinate site painting works
Confirm progress reports, monitor project activities
Raise purchase requisition
Prepare documents for electrical testing
Rectify and repair electrical issues at site
Prepare and submit tender quotations
Submit progress claims, monitor project activities
Project planning, execute resource management and control
Co-ordinate with sub-contractors, suppliers and Consultants for Building Construction
Arrange and monitor work progress
Monitor project costing to ensure project to be completed within budget and on time delivery.
To oversee task allocation, scheduling and worker training
To ensure all the design/installation detail can be done according to site condition
Site supervision and highlight to Project Engineer on the installation matter/changes
Material calculation & Labor cost estimating.
Liaising with resident technical officer and consultant when necessary
Ensure workers' safe work procedure.
Bachelors / Masters's degree in any discipline
Min 5 years' experience in Project Management
Strong understanding of Project methodologies, materials, and equipment.
* Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
