Key Roles & Responsibilities





Project Management



Plan, organize, and oversee investment and process improvement projects from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations. Monitor project progress,manage risks, and ensure deliverables align with business objectives. Prepare and deliver status reports, project documentation, and presentations to stakeholders and senior management.

Process Improvement & Operational Excellence



Analyze current investment and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization. Design and implement streamlined processes, tools, and methodologies to improve accuracy, productivity, and compliance. Apply Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks to drive measurable performance enhancements. Track and measure process improvements, ensuring sustainable implementation.

Stakeholder Management



Collaborate with internal teams (Finance, Operations, Compliance, Technology) to align project goals with organizational strategy. Communicate project objectives,timelines, and progress clearly across all levels of the organization. Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and consultants as required.

Data & Financial Analysis



Support investment analysis,feasibility assessments, and ROI evaluations. Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and project prioritization. Prepare financial models and business cases for investment initiatives.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field. Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Lean Six Sigma certification strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within investment, finance, or process improvement functions. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional projects on time and within budget. Experience with process optimization, business transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives. Strong financial acumen and understanding of investment project lifecycles. Excellent leadership,communication, and analytical skills Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and Excel * Strategic, results-driven, and collaborative mindset
