Accountabilities:

Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of projects Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users requirements Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources on the project Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning & scheduling of resources Lead diverse teams of stakeholders (internal and external) Identify, assess and manage the risks of the project and take appropriate mitigation actions Manage project scope creep and mitigate it when it occurs, manage changes in users requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resources Ensures timely submission of reports for projects Work closely with clients to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing

The Individual and their Experience:

A minimum of 4 years in IT Project Management (preferably mid to large scale ICT projects) Bachelor Degree in IT/Computer Science or related Technically competent with strong knowledge of networking, cloud and security systems. Preferably have System Integrator (SI) background Strong written and oral communication skills. Problem solver and critical thinker Project and time management skills Excellent presentation and negotiation skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Project, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel IT and Project Management Certifications - PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL v4, CITPM, PMI-ACP
