:
5 years managing full SDLC deliveries, and roles showing 8-10 years with ICT governance/procurement exposure. Stakeholder & communication excellence (exec agencies, clear status & decisions). Planning & scheduling (plans, milestones, success metrics). Risk/issue management with effective mitigation & escalation. Procurement & contracts (tenders, evaluations, negotiations, renewals). Vendor management & SLA delivery (including billing frameworks/disputes). Budgeting & billing governance (business case, accruals, cost control). Governance & compliance (IM8/policies, security guidelines). Agile/product ways-of-working (backlogs, user stories, sprint cadence). Nice-to-have skills
Public-sector/GCC/IM8/SG Tech Stack experience. Tools: Jira/Confluence and PM dashboards. Technical fluency (low-code/high-code, Salesforce, cloud). OCM/adoption across onboarding and training.
