Role Overview
Lead Out-of-Box Failures (OOBF) and cost-down projects at the Singapore manufacturing site. Drive cross-functional execution, ensure timely delivery, and maintain alignment with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution o Develop and manage integrated plans for OOBF and cost-down initiatives.o Develop and Maintain schedule, and budget; manage change control. Cross-Functional Coordination
o Collaborate with Systems, ME/EE, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to implement solutions.o Identify cost-down opportunities and track savings.

Stakeholder Management
o Act as single point of contact for client; prepare executive updates materials.o Facilitate governance calls and maintain transparent communication.o Ensure adherence to client QMS and safety protocols.o Monitor budget and burn rate; support rate card and contracting processes.Qualifications

Compliance & Financials 7 to 10 years of proven project management experience in engineering environments. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Preferred:

Exposure to Systems/ME/EE engineering. Experience with supplier cost-down and DFM/DFA practices. Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485/FDA QSR). Background in RCA/CAPA and cost-down delivery.
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $3,521.31 - $10,612.86 per month

Work Location: In person
