Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture


- English (business level)

(Proficiency in any of the following would be of advantage)
\xe3\x83\xbbIf you are capable, there will be many opportunities to read, write, and speak the following languages.

• Bahasa Indonesia

Bahasa Indonesia skill in order to communicate with key clients in Indonesia and investigate local regulations (Novice level will be sufficient).

• Japanese

Japanese language skill of JPLT N1 or equivalent in order to communicate with key clients in Japan.


\xe3\x83\xbbIf you are capable, there will be some opportunities to read, write, and speak the following languages.

• Thai
• Vietnamese

Thailand and Vietnamese language skill in order to investigate local regulations and communicate with local stake holders.



- Architect license of the following countries would be of advantage.
Singapore, Indonesia and Japan

• APEC Architect qualification would be of further advantage.
  

- AutoCAD

• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  

• Having the ability to see things from various perspectives
• Having the ability to solve complicated issues in a timely manner
• Having a strong will to achieve your goals
• Ability to coordinate with different disciplines as the Project Manager
  

• Business protocol and strong market knowledge of SEA.

- You should have more than 25 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience as architectural designer/engineering consultant in the architectural design and construction industry.

• You should be able to provide technical supervision / advice on matters related to master planning, Architectural Design, Construction, Selection of various Designers / Contractors in the real estate development project.

• It is desirable to have extensive work experience in Southeast Asia.

• It is desirable to have extensive work experience in architect\xe2\x80\x99s office and/or general contractor.

• It is desirable to have work experience in Singapore, Indonesia and Japan.

• It is desirable to have experience of resident architect at construction site.

• It is desirable to have experience of negotiation with relevant Authorities.

• It is desirable to be familiar with code & regulations and building permit flow of Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam and Thailand.
• Experience and knowledge, particularly in the following fields would be appreciated.

Office building, Commercial facility, Residential building, Hospitality facility, Logistics/Factories, Super high-rise building, Large-scale complex facility, Transit Oriented Development and Masterplanning.

• Professional experience with complex and demanding projects.
• Confident in working in an international organization.
  

Your job scope includes as follows: (1) Project Management and Project Management related works, (2) Research, Marketing and Business Development, (3) Provide professional advice and consultation on Urban Planning, Architectural Planning, Architectural Design, Architectural Engineering, Coordination and other related works, (4) Provide professional advice and consultation to the junior colleagues in the company, (5) Report & seek consultation to Tokyo HQ whenever necessary, (6) Such other duties which from time to time as the Employer may assign.
