Define Project Cutover Strategy that establishes interdependencies across work streams (Customer, Deposits, Loans, Wealth and Cards) \xef\x82\xa7 Identify interdependencies, potential conflicts and update with timely escalations in project forums on a periodic basis \xef\x82\xa7 Establish \'Flight Path\' for the Migration Dry Runs (MDR) and Mock Runs (MR- Dress Rehearsals) \xef\x82\xa7 Establish entry and exit criteria for the runs working alongside Business and Operation teams. \xef\x82\xa7 Update \'Flight path\' with lesson learnt from prior runs to ensure continues improvement \xef\x82\xa7 Organize and ensure adequate Migration Dry Runs (MDR) and Mock Runs (MR-Dress Rehearsal) are conducted to finalize the Runbook \xef\x82\xa7 Establish a Cutover plan covering an executive summary of: a) Migration activities, b) Blackout window, c) Command centre, d) Check points, e) Assessment framework and f) post live activities \xef\x82\xa7 Alignment of Cut over Plans across the multiple work streams \xef\x82\xa7 Plan and execute the cutover activities adopting the learnings from Dry Runs and Mock Runs. \xef\x82\xa7 Holds individual stream Business and Technical Leads responsible for the work stream activities. \xef\x82\xa7 Provides quality assurance and reviews of individual Cut Over Plans to ensure sufficient detail, timing and coordination is planned with (Tech Leads, Business and Operations leads) \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinating with Assurance/Acceptance Teams for establishing and tracking Readiness Assessment \xef\x82\xa7 Coordinating with change management teams on activities \xef\x82\xa7 Establish a stabilization plan for post live handover to production assurance team.

Additional Requirements:

• Banking experience in Retail products, Cards

• Experience in performing Retail products or Credit Cards Migration from different platforms is a must

• Degree in an appropriate field of study or equivalent

• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus

• A confident and self-aware leader with a high degree of independence

• Demonstrated 10-15 years of experience in project management with adequate project experience in cutover management

• Executive level communication skills with excellent written and verbal communication

• Ability to multi-task and perform well under pressure

Ability to support on weekends (on a need basis based on the project plan activities)
