- Compliance Cross Check (e.g : BCA, SCDF)
- Review Strategic Programme& Generate Construction
- Progress Claims Verification & Monitoring
- Attend and provide relevant updates at Project Meetings \xe2\x80\x93 Weekly Client/Consultant Meeting, Weekly Internal Review Meeting, Weekly Safety Meeting
- Shop Drawing Review & Design Coordination
- Coordination & Liaising with NSC/ MBS Direct Suppliers
- Manage Request for Information Schedule
- Materials Cutting List
- Material Submissions & Procurement
- Trade Contractors Procurement Monitoring
- Factory Visit On Material Selection & Inspection
- Provide Project Reporting
Site Planning / Progress / Management
- Site Establishment & Start-up Activities
- Manage Site Progress / Site Management & Compliance
- Site Access / Logistic Planning & Strategy / Construction Sequencing & Work Flow Planning
- Monitor Construction Programme
- Attend and provide relevant updates at Project Meeting \xe2\x80\x93 Weekly Client/Consultant Meeting, Weekly Internal Review Meeting, Weekly Trade Contractors, Weekly Safety Meeting
- Manage Changes to Scope of Work
- Site Safety Monitoring
- Review & Approve Method Statement & Risk Assessment
- CSD Shop Drawing Coordination
- RCP Shop Drawing Coordination
- Manage Project Quality Plan
