BW Offshore builds on four decades of offshore operations and project execution to create tailored offshore energy solutions for evolving global markets. We are currently constructing and preparing operation of a major gas FPSO in North-Western Australia. BW Offshore is also adapting to a rapidly changing world, capturing opportunities that arise in the ongoing global energy transition. As part of that transition, we have invested in, and are developing, floating offshore wind solutions.

BW Offshore is looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Delivery team in Singapore. This role will be overall responsible for the management of a complete project through all project execution or modification phases, from concept development, tender, FEED, engineering, construction and commissioning. Key tasks and responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the management of a complete Project through all project execution or modification phases
• Ensure the delivered Unit meets safety and regulatory requirements, high uptime, low maintenance and reliable long term operational performance requirements
• Responsible for preparation of Project budget, schedule, and other technical inputs into the FPSO bid & contract (or major upgrade)
• Assure all objectives are achieved and that Project complies with agreed contract requirements, specifications, safety standards, regulatory requirements and company procedures
• Set up, lead and guide high performing Project teams
• Responsible for planning, resourcing, managing and motivating the project organisation
• Maximize output by coordinating, planning and ensuring the logical sequence and timely delivery of the Project within agreed budget and schedule
• Responsible for stakeholder management
• Ensure highest level of HSE performance and compliance is attained during all project phases
• Lead and supervise key Project management activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Engineering (Long relevant experience may replace formal education)
• Ideally 10+ years of experience in Oil & Gas industry, preferably in FPSOs
• Ideally have completed 2 FPSO projects from FEED to Execution and handover to Operations
• Proven project experience in managing major ship yards and fabrication yards in Asia-Pacific region
• Clear demonstration of managing multi cultural, multi location teams.
• Clear demonstration of Project Management skills with strong emphasis on cost and planning
• Project Management certifications like PMP will be considered favorably

• Good knowledge of FPSO design and functionality
• Good knowledge of relevant supply chain (engineering contractor, equipment vendors, shipyard and fabrication yard)
• Good knowledge of pre-operations
• Fluent in English (oral and written)
