Lead a team of professional and technical staff in planning and execution of day-to-day operation
Ensure smooth completion of the construction project within the specified time-frame, budget and quality and in accordance to the statutory requirements
Attend all client, consultants, sub-contractors and site meetings
Liaise closely with consultants, architects, sub-contractors and authorities
Ensure safer construction activities are implemented on site and corporate WSHE standards are met
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Engineering / Architecture
Minimum 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 work experience in a project management role, preferably in landed properties
Strong project management skills
Good leadership and organisation skills, with excellent people management skills
Strong sense of responsibility
Excellence analytical ability during project planning and implementation stages in order to minimize risks and overcome potential problems
