Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and a keen eye for design aesthetics. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while effectively managing client expectations and collaborating with the design team.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of interior design projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with the design team to establish project goals, scope, budget, and timeline.
• Conduct thorough project assessments, including site visits, measurements, and analysis of client requirements.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Procure necessary materials, furnishings, and equipment, while adhering to budget constraints and design specifications.
• Manage project budgets and resources, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections to monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with design specifications.
• Anticipate and resolve any project-related issues or conflicts that may arise.
• Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members to ensure a seamless project workflow.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior design industry or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage budgets, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Diploma/Bachelor\'s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is a plus.
