Work with external parties and customers to plan, organize, and direct activities concerned with assigned projects.
Establish project objectives policies, procedures, and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
Coordinate with engineering staff to discuss such matters as work procedures, scope-and-scheduling and work sequence, project-specific safety plans, etc.
Attend meetings with Users, owner, consultants, main contractors and other sub-contractors.
Initiate and maintain liaison with concerned parties and other contacts to facilitate project activities.
Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Develop project schedules in compliance with customer requirements, deadlines, and/or milestones; develop mechanisms to track schedule progress in the field; and update the schedule regularly.
Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on if necessary) of project/site staff to ensure smooth and effective operation.
Ensure timely completion of all projects.
Monitor, review and manage operational costs and responsible for financial performance of projects.
Ensure all claims are submitted on time and compliant to Main contractor\xe2\x80\x99s requirements.
Responsible for project management including attending meetings, coordination and site supervision works.
Liaise with consultants, architects and contractors and handle all technical matters.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Construction or relevant disciplines.
4-6 years local experience in large-scale projects (commercial /space /retail /F&B).
Good project Management and site co-ordination skills.
Proficient in MS Office (words/Excel/power point).
Bilingual in English and Chinese in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients and associate.
