Responsibilities

  • As a project lead to manage all aspects of Building, Electrical, Mechanical, ACMV, energy A&A as well as projects works.
  • Manage potential risks and issues mitigation
  • Ensure smooth start-up and supervise the safety implementation of projects.
  • Work and liaise with customers and partners for project delivery and completion.
  • Update and report on implementation progress, status and issues
  • Ensure project deliverables are delivered according to contractual requirements and scope of work
  • Monitor and ensure projects are delivered on-time and within budget
  • Ensure sufficient resources are allocated for project deployment and support
  • Coordinate with team members i.e. Energy manager for gap analysis, system optimization, system interface etc\xe2\x80\xa6 to ensure project runs smoothly and accordance to design criteria.
  • Regular communication with customers and partners to meet expectations and committed requirement.
  • He/She shall also support and contribute to business development efforts to assist in gaining new businesses and growing existing ones.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering or related qualifications.
  • At least 5 years of relevant project maangement experiences in FM/Construction industry
  • Possess excellent, interpersonal and communication skills; self-motivated & resourceful with strong demonstrated leadership qualities
  • Strong self-starter
  • Ability to manage multiple projects effectively (time, people, and issues proactively) is mandatory
  • Positive, collaborative and solution oriented attitude
  • Willingness to travel to different worksites when required
  • Has a good safety mindset and displays good WSH behaviour
