Pre-sales / Bid Support

• Provide pre-sales support for RFPs by preparing gantt chart, customized responses for bid questions and presentation on Project Management to potential customers.
• Work with PMO team to ensure that all quoted Project Management fee is recovered according to the agreed schedule.

Project Management

• Lead the project team members (including project coordinators) on project execution.
• Manage change to project scope and schedule to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Record risk and issue and timely escalation to relevant stakeholders for resolution.
• Communication to stakeholders and project reporting.
• Help the team members to resolve conflicts and interface problems within the project and ensure successful delivery of the project.
• Manage customer relationship during the projects through strong governance.
• Provide regular updates on progress of the project to the customers.
• Provide communication plan and deliver weekly/monthly project status reports to the customer and/or internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that customer projects are completed with high quality and to the customer\'s satisfaction.
• Ensure that all work orders are commissioned to effect billing timely.
• Provide Project Completion Handover Documentation to customer.
• Facilitate project handover meeting to Operations.

Project Governance / Continuous Improvements

• Ensure project governance is executed in accordance with the methodology or agreement with the customer. Provide feedback on areas of improvement.
• Participate and/or lead improvement plans or initiatives.
• Ensure that all the key performance identified in PM Scorecard are achieved.

Requirements:

• Electronics Engineering OR Telecommunications / ICT OR Equivalent
• \xe2\x89\xa5 5 Years IT in Multi-Disciplinary Environment (Telco, Data Centre Operations, Network, Storage, Server, Middleware)
• with 2 Years Project Management in Low to Mid-Level Complexity IT Infrastructure Outsourcing Environment
• Good to have PMP and ITIL
