Job Description

Responsibilities

• Project Management of design to construction stage.
• Manage and oversees the project management process for engineering and construction related works.
• Manage and monitor project schedules, cost and risks.
• Control site progress and installation quality as per approved Shop Drawings, Technical submissions for on-time completion.
• Appraise works/ products to ensure compliance to specifications and requirements.
• Coordinate M&E drawings and produce CSD and individual service drawings delivery.
• Liaise with client\xe2\x80\x99s representative on M&E project issues and coordinate technical issues.
• Perform measurement/quantity take-off for M&E works.
• Provide and maintain all site inspection records and T&C records are up to date.
• Check, evaluate and confirm work done and material supply quantity status for the purpose of M&E subcontractor/ NSC vendors progress payments, including instruction of progress substantiation document preparation by subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor all M&E trade sub-con on site work and installation manpower on site and monitor completion of projects according to construction schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Min 10 years relevant experience
• Good technical knowledge in mechanical and electrical trades.
• Good knowledge of local codes/ regulations pertaining to M&E services and building construction.
• Responsible and self-motivated.
• Work well under pressure
