Responsibilites: * To act as point of contact for Singapore BPLRT Project Management team with AME.

• To manage the allocation, integration and performance of Vehicle work scopes.
• To manage close out of all Vehicle DARs (supported by Project Coordinator)
• To support adhoc NCX1 onshore activities, e.g.
• NCX1 Test procedure acceptance tracking and follow up between Singapore and NAM
• NCX1 Test report submission and acceptance monitoring and liaison between LTA and NAM
• To lead the Project Coordinator in managing risks and opportunities.
• To drive cost not to exceed project budget (to be established, monitored and reported by Project Finance Manager).
• To manage actions in relation to payment milestones.
• To manage Variation Orders.
• To support PM & PD in preparations of Monthly Progress Meetings and PM alignment meetings.
• To attend meetings with PATS, NAM Engineering & Testing, LTA and Singapore Project Team.
• To drive sites and functions to deliver C801B vehicle scope and milestones in accordance with the project schedule.
• To ensure compliance with the 801B Contract and Alstom policies.
• To develop commercial opportunities.
• To support the Project Director and Vehicle Project Manager in managing the Project.

Qualifications

• Degree Qualification with experience in project/corporatecompliance management, managing complex project within costrequirements and within schedule.
