Aquatic Engineering & Construction, part of Acteon Group, is a global leader in laying and retrieving flexible and semi-rigid products from the seabed in support of the renewables, oil and gas and telecommunications markets. The company has proven ability in shallow and deep water, and extensive experience of off- and onshore installations, transpooling, recovery and decommissioning.

Aquatic Engineering & Construction are looking to hire a Project Manager on a full time, permanent basis. Based at their location in Tuas, Singapore, the Project Manager is responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of contracted services to clients, with a focus on safety, quality, personnel and equipment provision, maintenance, project delivery, and commercial aspects.They are expected to identify and manage key risks, lead client accounts, plan and coordinate projects, provide technical support, and maintain relationships with clients at all levels. The individual is responsible for managing project budgets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Ownership and compliance to ensure Aquatic meet client HSE and Quality expectations
  • Manage the day-to-day delivery of the contract and any allocated support teams
  • Accountable for managing Aquatic/Client specific objectives/KPI\'s to ensure actions are completed and targets met
  • Attend client planning meetings to ensure mobilisation readiness and gate compliance
  • Responsible for completion of all accounts payable invoices on a weekly/monthly basis as per business requirements
  • Coordinate contract incident investigations and root cause analysis
  • Develop and present weekly/monthly meetings
  • Provide first line technical support and coordinate any client requirements including breakdowns
  • Ensuring that NAV is used effectively and in line with processes to be able to track and report business performance
  • Carrying out any and all requested tasks at the discretion of Line Manager in the support of department goals and objectives
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of project experience preferably in offshore Marine Engineering and Construction including flexibles, flowlines, risers, umbilical installations etc
  • Demonstrable operational experience supporting client organisations, or equivalent offshore working experience would be desired
  • Diploma in relevant Project Management or equivalent technical qualification with actual industry experiences
  • Represents the organisation confidently with company\'s guidelines
  • Takes ownership of the job role and effectively manage the project tasks independently
  • Meticulous and likes to have everything in order
  • Applies and adheres to safety policies and procedures
