Job Summary
The Project Coordinator/Project Manager would be tasked with end-to-end management and delivery of migration-based projects spanning multiple departments within a single business unit. The Project Manager manages, leads and directs the work efforts of resources that are functionally aligned as part of the project team.
Responsibilities
- Timeline and Budget/Expenses; Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities.
- Facilitate business and technology project routines to support the active management and disposition of decisions, issues and risks.
- Responsible for weekly reporting and outlining project timelines, risks, issues, financials.
- Manage deliverables and priorities with management, technical team and business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and work closely with regional infrastructure team, in-country teams and vendors.
- Has 3-8 years of experience in the project coordination/management.
- Basic project management fundamentals.
- IT Infrastructure knowledge required - experience working in IT infrastructure projects and ability to under terminologies.
- Conversational proficiency in Mandarin required to engage with stakeholders in China.
