How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

1. Engineering, Project Design and Cost Estimate
a. Takes part in evaluating National projects specifications, or understands installation requirements to determine the best standard solution.
- To determine technical solution, should visit customers with the support of the sales force.
- Makes a critical analysis of needs and specifies stakes. Performs risk assessment and estimates costs.
- Makes a technical assessment of suppliers and sub-contractors in coordination with entity sourcer.

b. Establishes investment budgets and planning (with Engineering coordinator). Studies and prepares the tenders answer

- Provide a competitive costing without sacrificing quality and safety

c. Ensure completeness and accuracy of design basis data, and the supporting documents related to design and cost estimate such as reference drawings, computations and design requirements from customer.

d. Ensure completeness of necessary risk analysis (PRI/PRA) prior to completion of project design and cost estimate.

e. Pepares and performs customer installation removal in coordination with entity\'s Assets Coordinator

f. Participates to the offers review

2. Project Execution
a. Prepares all required project documentations, and ensure that these are all available and accessible for general viewing.
b. Determines standard and non-standard material to be used according to technical standards -- ensure that there is a proper documentation.
- Coordinates parts and services orders with requisitioner through the issue of Purchase Requests.
c. Controls and manages workforce according to the planning and expenses according to the budgetc. Ensure that project duration is within the approved timeline.
d. Controls budget in collaboration with the owner representative to ensure that project is within the approved budget.
e. Participates to the contracts review

3. HSE, IM and Local Regulatory Compliance
a. Ensure that the project execution complies with all safety and quality standard of Air LiquideKnows and respects all the group procedures and technical standards according to IMS.
b. Knows and respects the country regulation.
c. Ensure that necessary permits required in the project are available as needed.

Are you a MATCH?

Degree in Electrical/Mechanical or equivalent

Minimum 8 years of working experience in manufacturing, chemical, oil and gas, refinery industry, preferably with experience in site project engineering or construction execution.

Able to demonstrate leadership capabilities, resourcefulness and customer relationship management.
