The primary duties of a Project Manager include developing project plans, assembling and managing project teams, setting project goals and objectives, determining project tasks and schedules, monitoring project progress, managing budgets and resources, and ensuring that the project is completed in a specified time and within budget constraints.

The responsibilities include,

• Initiating the project, planning and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management and stakeholders
• Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
• Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team.
• Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management
• Should be able to do risk, compliance and audit management.
• Prepare engagement timesheets and billing information.
• Prepare weekly/monthly governance reports.
• Skills /Competencies:
• Essential Skills:

• 17+ years of experience in Software Industry.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle; Java background is a must.
• 12+ years of experience in Banking/financial services domain.
• 7+ years of experience in Payment Card Industry.
• Strong experience of working in Digital transformation projects with 5+ years of experience of implementing microservices architecture using Digital APIs.
• Very Good experience in Solution Architecture/ Technical architecture, CI/ CD and Coding standards and best practices.
• Agile project management
• Strong people Management skills
• Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• Preferred skills

• PMP/CSM or other relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Additional Skills:

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
