Job Description


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the development and production of innovative cooling systems. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in defining product vision and roadmap, ensuring the successful development of innovative and in-demand products. You will also play a pivotal role in bringing novel prototypes to market, overseeing mass production, and ensuring quality control of products. The desired candidate must be comfortable in a dynamic environment and be driven to push new initiatives to fruition.

Product Development and Execution:

  • Work closely with marketing, design, and engineering teams to translate product requirements into tech specs and prototypes
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the development team, providing guidance, clarification, and support throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Perform design, iterative prototyping, testing and validation of electrical and mechanical cooling hardware
  • Prepare design documentations, requirements specifications and electrical schematics
  • Conduct sprint reviews, provide feedback, and ensure timely execution and delivery of high-quality products
Define and Execute Product Roadmap:
  • Conduct market, technology and IP research to analyse and identify market trends, user preferences, and product opportunities.
  • Create and maintain a product roadmap in line with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and define the product based on customer requirements, market demand, and technical feasibility.
Conduct Product and User Testing:
  • Implement user-centric design principles and other new product development methodologies to ensure resulting product delivers exceptional user experience
  • Conduct user testing, gather feedback, and iterate on the product to optimize usability and customer satisfaction with Marketing
  • Collaborate with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Supply Chain and Vendor Management:
  • Work with the supply chain and procurement to identify reliable vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Ensure timely availability of necessary components and materials for production, balancing cost-efficiency and quality considerations.
  • Monitor and optimize the supply chain process to minimize lead times, reduce production costs, and maintain consistent product availability.
Job Requirements:
  • Degree in any engineering fields
  • At least 5 years of product management experience
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing technical teams
  • Background and/or experience in electro-mechanical systems and thermal systems preferred
  • Experience in prototyping equipment and tools
  • Proficiency in software such as SOLIDWorks and Altium preferred
