We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the delivery of customer projects by coordinating the efforts of experts, controlling scope, planning and quality and monitoring projects profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients within the region to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including tasks, timelines, resources, and budget requirements.
  • Conduct thorough project kick-off meetings to align stakeholders and team members.
  • Assemble project teams, assigning roles and responsibilities to ensure optimal resource utilization.
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to team members throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project progress, tracking tasks, milestones, and timelines to ensure adherence to the project plan.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to maintain project success.
  • Address changes in project scope, schedule, or resources and communicate their impact to stakeholders.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing status updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their needs.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
  • Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource utilization, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess project success, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Create and deliver project closure reports, summarizing achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Requirements:
  • Diploma, Bachelor or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, IT or related fields.
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with minimum 3 years of managing IT Digital projects with budget
500k\xe2\x82\xac. * Possess experience to cloud is mandatory.
  • Proven experience of systems integration and/or implementation.
  • Proven solutions delivery experience in large enterprises.
  • Experience/background in banking solutions/projects is good to have
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
  • Due to the need of liaising with Mandarin-speaking customers, proficiency in Mandarin (written and verbal) is necessary. Proficiency in Cantonese is good to have.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding project goals.
  • Analytical skills to assess project performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities.
  • Adept at working in a team environment.
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and new products.
  • Proficiency in CRM; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.
  • Ability to travel (domestic and international) up to 20% of the time as needed for onsite engagement with customers.
  • Scrum Master or PMP certification is a plus.
