Robust operations and built by good Project Managers. They coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.

As a Project Manager

• Work closely with the account management and production teams to define briefs and learn about status of new and existing projects
• Take full ownership of a project lifecycle - plan, execute and monitor the project whilst considering triple constraints of time, scope/cost and quality
• Manage creative resources
• Create a schedule for all jobs with reviews of timelines and job statuses with relevant departments, and reschedule projects based on new or changing priorities
• Meet with the relevant departments within the agency (sometimes external vendors) to distribute a brief and delegate tasks
• Manage any change requests in any specifications required during the project delivery phase
• Draft quotations, cost estimates and pitch rate cards following the company\'s finance process
• Manage the overall client relationship along with the account management team in accordance to the strategy and goals of the company
• Work with freelancers and external vendors, getting them up to speed on jobs they will assist with
• Able to anticipate and propose solutions to problems and knows when to escalate issues upwards
• Understands targets, and always on a look out for opportunities to cross-sell within the Groupe
• Committed to getting the best work done

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years project management experience in an agency environment
• Able to multi-task under tight deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
