- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, overseeing timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects, ensuring they meet client expectations and company standards.
- Monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to stay aligned with goals while maintaining clear communication with clients, providing regular updates, and addressing concerns.
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering collaboration and accountability among architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery of services, tracking expenses, and presenting financial reports to stakeholders.
