Celebrating success with our team is also our priority and we highly encourage integrity and transparency.Job Title: Project ManagerJob Type: Full-timeLocation: SingaporeReports To: Head of Project Ops & DesignRole Purpose: This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of co-living projects, from initial concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with project objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders, managing budgets, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.Goals/Deliverables:

  • Responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of co-living projects, from initial concept through to completion.
  • Work closely with the design, operations, and marketing teams to ensure that each project meets its objectives, is delivered on time, and stays within budget.
  • You are a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced startup environment.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of co-living projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans and timelines.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with local authorities, vendors, and suppliers to secure necessary permits, materials, and resources.
  • Oversee the procurement process for materials and services, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Ensure that all projects meet regulatory requirements and adhere to safety and sustainability standards.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, milestones, and key performance indicators.
  • Manage a team of project coordinators and site supervisors, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
  • Foster a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:Essential
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Project Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Strong knowledge of AutoCAD for reviewing architectural plans and layouts.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with budgeting and financial management software.
Preferred
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the real estate, construction, or co-living sectors.
  • Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modelling) software like Revit is a plus.
  • Experience with SketchUp and Enscape for conceptual design and visualization.
