Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Project Manager (M&E):Job Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee multiple engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to budget, timeline, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Prioritize tasks and allocate manpower effectively to optimize resource utilization and meet project deadlines.
• Assist in preparing bid tenders for new projects and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Assess and approve changes that significantly impact project scope, budget, or timeline.
• Lead complex engineering projects, tracking progress and performance against the project plan.
• Identify and address operational challenges to minimize project delays.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of project members to achieve organizational objectives while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Ensure adherence to workplace and regulatory safety standards, meeting client safety and quality specifications consistently.
• Oversee resource allocation, including capital and human resources, to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Monitor and control project expenses and assets within the allocated budget.
• Evaluate and approve project investments that align with organizational objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Possess at least 8 years of relevant experience in the electrical or ACMV engineering industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet project objectives in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners at all levels.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 10,000 + AWS +VB (1 - 2 Months)
• Working Location: Woodlands
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5:45pm
