Delegates tasks to execute and fully complete assigned projects. Coordinates communication with customer during all phases of the project. Coordinates the work of subcontractors.How you will do it:Define scope, budget and schedule for projectsDevice project implementation methodologyPlan and oversee work schedule for the multiple small to medium scale project under responsibility, in coordination with supervisor.Identify potential project risks and recommend appropriate resolutionsEstablish effective communication with customerTrack and update progress, task and project health to supervisorsEnsure and monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.Perform regular quality audit for all the suppliers and sub-contractors.Identify and secure variation order.Cost control. Track, monitor and ensure delivery of financial commitment as per CIS.Managing reports and documentsWork closely with Sales team for tender biddingSupervision of sub-contractorsxe2x80x99 work at site.Schedule purchase and deliveries of all materials for the project in a timely mannerAssign task to, and supervise Assistant Project Engineer, Technician, if any.System applications, drafting, data base generation and commissioningFollow-up on payment from customers and verify payment to our suppliers.Train customer and provide first year maintenance warranty schedule visit.Hand over project to customer and later to service team.What we look for:Diploma / Degree with minimum 5 years relevant experience, (ITC) 5 years relevant experience or 5 years of relevant experience in Building Services, M&E or constructionExcel, Word and Project essential2 years of supervisory experienceRequire interaction with clients, consultants and sub-contractors, etc.Need to work odd hours as and when required, whenever the work need to be done on time.What we offer:Competitive salaryPaid vacation/holidays/sick timeComprehensive benefits packageOn the job/cross training opportunitiesEncouraging and collaborative team environmentDedication to safety through our Zero Harm policy#LI-GO1#LI-Onsite
