Our Client is a leading financial services firm that specializes in delivering high-quality solutions to hedge funds and proprietary trading shops. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our clients team and oversee projects from conception to delivery.
Job Summary:
We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to manage projects for our hedge fund and prop shop clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively
• Develop and execute project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects meet client requirements and are delivered to a high standard
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies that could impact project delivery
• Communicate project status, progress, and issues to stakeholders and clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting notes

• 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of hedge fund and prop shop operations
• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience with project management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus

• Experience working with financial markets, trading platforms, or fintech solutions
