Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business objectives.

Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and manage changes effectively.

Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.

Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project outcomes.

Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.

Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

Manage vendor relationships and third-party contractors, when applicable.

Oversee quality assurance to ensure project deliverables meet defined standards.

Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing lessons learned.

Job Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Microsoft technologies such as ASP.NET, SQL Server, Web Services, APIs, SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure Cloud. The role requires solid experience in managing end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, vendor coordination, and timely closure of Change Requests (CRs) and Service Requests (SRs). The Project Manager will engage with stakeholders, steering committees, and vendors to drive alignment, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. Experience in delivering projects within Singapore government agencies, and familiarity with GCC and GPC environments, IM8, PDPA, and government security frameworks, will be considered a strong advantage, though not mandatory. The role also requires strong knowledge of Agile methodology, governance, and vendor management practices.
