For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire for our new entity in Singapore a dynamic and motivated Project Manager.
After a deep technical training at our manufacturing plant located in Europe, the candidate will be working on projects for the region in our office located in central area of Singapore, where other experienced Project Managers will be able to give necessary support locally.
Main tasks:
Project Review and Coordination

• Participate in the pre-sale's phases, at the request of the sales department
• Participate in the offer review, participate in the quotation stage depending on the projects
• Organizes and participates in the internal contract review or with the client (Kick-off meeting)
• Clarifies all customer needs and requirements at the earliest during the Kick-off with the customer and at the latest before the launch of supplies for production
• Preparing the detailed presentation to the customers

Project Schedule and Necessary Development

• Be involved in the process of continuous improvement of quality by providing feedback from the customer to the Engineering team
• Organize the project schedule, follow up the milestones and coordinate necessary actions and resources to reach them

Material Management

• Ensure the delivery of equipment in accordance with the contract with the customer (quality, cost, time, and performance)

Cost Review and Cost Management

• Define the organization, budget, activities, and planning of the project
• Control project costs
• Responsible for the end result of the project (margin)

Project-Related Documentation

• Keep the project documentation up to date
• Release the technical files for production and equipment for shipment

Project-Based Management of the T&C Team and Subcontractors

• Organize the support of the site team (installation, T&C, start-up, training)
• Support coordination of onsite subcontractors (planning, manpower, related documentation)

Participation in FAT, SAT, and SIT Processes

• Prepare related documentation for FAT, SAT, and SIT
• Organize the factory acceptance test (FAT) in the presence of the customer

Business Development and Local Office Improvement

• Participate in business development and local office improvement

Customer Support for Maintenance Activities

• Support customers for requests related to maintenance activities

Coordination with Quality Department and Stakeholders

• Coordinate between the quality department located in Europe, clients, suppliers, and site engineers lead technical investigation, determine root cause and put on place an action plan

Requirements

• Business travel: Up to 2 weeks per trip
• Working during engineering hours if necessary
• Flexibility on working hours to attend remote meetings with Europe when needed
