The Project Manager at Omni HR is a crucial member of our team, responsible for overseeing and executing various projects within the company. This role provides direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of projects, ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of project Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, and deliverables Define project tasks and resource requirements Develop full-scale project plans Assemble and coordinate project staff Manage project budget Manage project resource allocation Plan and schedule project timelines Track project deliverables using appropriate tools Provide direction and support to project team Quality assurance Constantly monitor and report on the progress of the project to all stakeholders Present reports defining project progress, problems, and solutions Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs Project evaluations and assessment of results

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field. A Master's degree will be an added advantage A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management Strong leadership skills and confidence in decision-making A deep understanding of project management principles Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Excellent written and verbal communication skills Superb organizational skills and attention to detail Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
