Project Manager
to oversee renovation projects, manage stakeholders, and lead teams towards successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and oversee renovation projects from inception to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with HDB/BCA/authorities' requirements, permits, and safety standards.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Resolve site issues, variation orders, and unforeseen project challenges promptly.
Lead and supervise project teams, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
Prepare progress reports, claims, and handover documents.
Undertake any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum
3-5 years of project management experience
in renovation, A&A, or construction works.
Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, HDB/BCA regulations, and safety requirements.
Proficient in project management tools, Microsoft Office, and construction-related software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.
