Project Manager

Responsibilities:


To attend meeting with the architect / consultant / main contractor with regards to site issues To lead the project team ensuring projects are executed according to schedule Identify, manage and resolve project issues Manage the sub-contractors' and suppliers' performance Ensure work orders are issued to production department / glazier for fabrication Ensure shop drawings, samples, project documents are submitted for approval according to project schedule
Requirements:


Minimum Degree / Diploma in Architecture / Building / Civil Engineering or equivalent Class 3 driving license Good communication and writing skill in English and able to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage Minimum 5 years of working experience in the construction related field in Singapore 5.5 days per week
