Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning: Develop and manage project timelines and schedules.
Resource Management: Allocate manpower, materials, and budget to ensure timely project delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project risks and implement solutions to address them.
Contract & Compliance: Ensure all project activities adhere to contract terms and relevant regulations.
Quality Control: Oversee work to ensure it meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates and progress reports to management and clients.
Cost Control: Monitor project expenses and manage the overall project budget.
Problem-Solving: Resolve project delays, conflicts, and unforeseen issues as they arise.
Project Handover: Ensure successful completion of the project and proper documentation for handover.
Job Requirements:
Experience working with main contractors in the construction industry.
Familiarity with coordinating and managing multiple subcontractors, stakeholders, and resources on-site.
Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Project Manager in Singapore.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD software.
Strong communication and writing skills.
