Job Description

• Managing, fronting and owning all project-related activities end-to end to deliver clients\xe2\x80\x99 projects, from the point of project kick-off/initialisation to actual project launch/implementation
• Working closely with internal and external stakeholders to produce and refine project timelines, milestones and other relevant documents (eg, basic UI Wireframe)so as to deliver clients\xe2\x80\x99 project on time and at the highest quality service levels
• Understanding, processing and coordinating change requests from clients in a clear and concise manner before allocating tasks and action items internally for assigned team membersto work on within individual sprints/timeboxes
• Identifying obstacles, proactively mitigating risks and escalating issues to be resolved effectively and early
• Applying and enforcing existing company SOPs and best practices to ensure assigned projects are managed effectively and efficiently, while continuously reviewing and suggesting strategies to improve project management processes and workflows
• Cultivating and disseminating knowledge of design or tech-driven project management best practices with the team

Required skillsets:

• Experienced and versatile in using both traditional waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Proven ability in stakeholder management so as to effectively interact and communicatewith external stakeholders (ie, clients and vendors) and internal stakeholders (ie, Management, HODs, Design, Software and Ops & IT team members) across different levels and backgrounds
• High emotional intelligence and maturity to handle the rigours of not only day-to-day project management, operations but also people management
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to write and articulate well, whether over the email, phone, video-conferencing platforms (eg, Webex, Zoom, Slack) or in-person in a boardroom environment
• Resourceful and positive team player with strong analytical and planning skills
• Pro-active and self-motivated to upskill technical and professional skillsets by attending educational workshops/masterclasses, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in professional societies and clubs and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices

Basic Requirements:

• Minimum 2-3 years relevant project management experience and proven track recordin successfully coordinating/delivering IT application projects
• Minimum Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in IT or Information Systems-related courses (Diploma holders with excellent academic results, experience and proven track record will also be considered)
• Ideally PMP and/or Scrum-certified (Certified ScrumMaster, Scrum Product Owner)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently and a good team player at the same time

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month Benefits:
