Role: Project Manager Department: Project \xc2\xb7 Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion to be delivered within time, budget and resources through scheduling deliverables and work progress. \xc2\xb7 Establish and manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. \xc2\xb7 Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with contractual obligations and building and safety regulations. \xc2\xb7 Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant internal and external stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. \xc2\xb7 Coordinate and direct with internal team engineers, coordinators, draftsman, construction workers and external vendors such subcontractors and suppliers. \xc2\xb7 Prepare internal and external detailed project plan to track progress. \xc2\xb7 Propose and resolve any technical matters on site. \xc2\xb7 Analyse, manage and mitigate risks by planning ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. \xc2\xb7 Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
