Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to lead end-to-end delivery of software and application projects -- including backend system development, customization, and Microsoft-based solutions. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle from pre-sales engagement through delivery and post-implementation support. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal technical teams, clients, and vendors to ensure high-quality, timely, and secure project execution.Key Responsibilities
Manage the
end-to-end software project lifecycle
-- including planning, execution, customization, and delivery of backend and Microsoft-based applications. Participate inpre-sales activities
, including scoping, solution discussions, and preparation of proposals or project estimates. Define projectscope, objectives, deliverables
, and success criteria in alignment with business and client requirements. Develop detailedproject plans
, including timelines, milestones, resource plans, and risk management frameworks. Lead and coordinatecross-functional teams
(developers, engineers, and stakeholders) to ensure successful project outcomes. Monitor progress, identify issues or risks, and implementcorrective and preventive actions
to ensure smooth execution. Overseebudgeting, scheduling, and cost control
, ensuring projects are delivered within approved financial limits. Drivestakeholder communication
, providing timely project status reports and managing expectations. Ensure compliance withdefence/security protocols
