Responsibilites:

Liaise with Project Manager and Lead Engineers to collaborate and collect progress updates
Work with Clients on Cost Control Reports and Project Progress Reports.
Work with Document Controller and Project Controller/Scheduler.
Responsible for creating / managing / updating the project schedules in Primavera P6. Should also be aware of managing multiple baselines.
Prepare regular progress reports & S-Curves as required
Prepare monthly reports including Float/Gap analysis, Manpower Planning and Cost report

Requirements:

Should have minimum 10 years\' experience in project planning/ scheduling/Project Controls Management. Experience in EPC company / Automation company.
Basic IT skills is required.
Should have knowledge about Cost Control mechanisms and reporting.
Should be well conversant in Primavera P6.
Knowledge on Monthly consolidated reporting / Cost reporting.
Resource Loading, Basis of Earned value method (EVM)
Multiple baseline Preparation monitoring and S Curve Reporting
