Project Manager (t24 Core Banking)

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in T24 (Temenos) to lead end-to-end project delivery across Core Banking initiatives. The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, execution, governance, stakeholder management, and ensuring successful implementation of T24-related projects within agreed scope, timelines, and budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage T24 Core Banking projects (implementation, upgrade, integration, and customization).
- Define project scope, objectives, governance structure, and resource plan in alignment with business goals.
- Drive project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
- Coordinate with business users, Temenos consultants, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC / Agile methodologies, quality standards, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Manage project budgets, track costs, and report financials against forecasts.
- Prepare and present status reports, dashboards, and executive updates for senior stakeholders.
- Lead UAT planning, cutover, go-live activities, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure knowledge transfer, documentation, and smooth handover to BAU support teams.
10+ years of IT / Banking experience with at least 5+ years in project management.
Proven track record in T24 (Temenos) Core Banking implementations or upgrades.
Strong knowledge of T24 modules such as Retail, Corporate, Payments, Treasury, Trade Finance, Lending, or Wealth.
Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid).
Excellent stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and leadership skills.
Familiarity with banking operations, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation initiatives.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred.
Experience working in regional or global banking environments will be an advantage.
