We're looking for a highly organised, dynamic, and driven
Project Manager
to lead and execute the planning, coordination, and delivery of Elevents' signature space-activation projects. Think bustling flea markets, energetic dance battles, curated brand pop-ups, and more. As a key team player in our fast-paced environment, you'll take charge of bringing ideas to life through seamless execution, hands-on leadership, and collaborative problem-solving. From concept to completion, you'll be the glue holding together vendors, creatives, crew, and stakeholders, ensuring that every project is delivered with excellence, on time, and in budget. Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for all project-related communications with internal teams, partners, and stakeholders
Plan, coordinate, and oversee all stages of marketplace projects, from initial concept through execution and wrap-up, ensuring timely and quality delivery
Manage scheduling, supervision, and performance of part-time crew to ensure operational efficiency
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including planning, marketing, vendors, and creatives to translate briefs into clear project scopes and actionable deliverables
Develop, track, and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations, securing necessary approvals and keeping costs within limits
Identify potential risks or roadblocks early and implement proactive solutions to minimize disruption and keep projects on track
Maintain clear and consistent communication by providing regular status updates, meeting recaps, and progress reports to all relevant parties, including senior management weekly updates on marketplace performance
Innovate new ideas for the marketplace and guide the team toward continuous improvement and greater success
Ensure revenue targets are met and work with the team to develop strategies to achieve financial goals
Lead and mentor the team, ensuring motivation, engagement, and alignment with company objectives
Coordinate logistics for marketplace setup, operations, and dismantling, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Continuously seek ways to optimise workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall quality of project delivery
Uphold professionalism and discretion while representing the organisation to clients, vendors, and partners
Job Requirements
3-5 years of experience in project or event management, preferably in retail, creative, or startup environments
Proven ability to manage teams, timelines, and operations across multiple functions
Strong leadership and communication skills with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively
Experience coordinating vendors, partners, and on-ground crew with confidence and professionalism
Able to manage budgets, track KPIs, and ensure revenue and performance targets are met
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
Comfortable working weekends and flexible hours during event days
Passionate about vintage, community-driven experiences, and creating meaningful interactions
Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and project management tools
Bonus: Experience in creative production, events, or marketing collaborations
Work Schedule and Location
The role requires a 6-day work week with one rest day per week, to be taken on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday.
The employee must remain responsive throughout the entire week.
On-site hours are Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday, 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Physical presence on-site or in the office is required every working day, except on the designated rest day.
A one-hour lunch/dinner break is provided daily.
Total working hours amount to approximately 60 hours per week.
Work will primarily be performed on-site at the Main Office and Bugis Street Art Lane, with occasional off-site duties as required.
