Job Description

Strategic Project Leadership


Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex ICT projects on time and within budget


Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives


Establish and monitor project KPIs, providing regular performance reports to management


Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective control measures


Oversee multiple vendor relationships and external ICT service providers


Operational Excellence


Drive seamless business operations across departments through effective IT service delivery


Ensure strict adherence to Service Level Agreements for both projects and incidents


Evaluate and assess change requests for system enhancements and improvements


Monitor and optimise operational performance through data-driven metrics


Manage daily IT operations, swiftly resolving application, infrastructure, and security issues


Technical Delivery & Quality Assurance


Spearhead requirement gathering sessions and documentation


Review and approve key project deliverables including functional specifications, test plans, and technical documentation


Plan and oversee User Acceptance Testing processes


Ensure all solutions comply with IT management policies, quality standards, and security guidelines
