Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager / Technical Lead to plan, manage, and drive the successful delivery of IT infrastructure projects. You will lead cross-functional technical teams in the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust infrastructure solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage infrastructure projects from initiation to closure, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Lead and coordinate technical teams in designing, deploying, and maintaining systems including servers, storage, networks, and cloud infrastructure. Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and success criteria. Develop detailed project documentation including project plans, schedules, resource allocations, risk assessments, and status reports. Provide technical oversight and conduct reviews to ensure infrastructure solutions meet security, performance, and scalability requirements. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex infrastructure-related issues across environments. Ensure project and system compliance with organizational policies, industry standards, and cybersecurity best practices. Manage vendor relationships, oversee procurement processes, and lead contract evaluations and negotiations. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members and ensure knowledge sharing across the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Proven experience in leading IT infrastructure projects, with hands-on expertise in areas such as:
o Server and storage systems


o Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)


o Networking technologies o Cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure)


Strong knowledge of project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). Excellent communication and leadership skills with a track record of engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially under pressure. Experience with risk management, project budgeting, and performance monitoring. Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Azure Administrator are advantageous.
