Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage our technical projects and development team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to translate complex client requirements into actionable technical solutions.





The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from scoping and proposal writing to execution and delivery, while mentoring developers and ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership & Management

Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations. Translate client requirements into clear technical specifications and actionable tasks for the development team. Oversee project progress, manage risks, and resolve technical or operational issues. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders and clients.

Technical Expertise & Development Oversight

Guide the team in implementingfull-stack solutions, including backend, frontend, and database development. Review code and architecture for quality, scalability, and security. Set up and configure AWS services (EC2, Route53, IAM, CodeDeploy) and manage deployments. Maintain version control (Git) and oversee bug tracking and sprint planning (Jira).

Client Communication & Proposal Writing

Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, managing expectations and providing strategic advice. Write clear, structured technical proposals and solution documents. Calculate project costing, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.

Team Mentorship & Leadership

Mentor and coach developers to enhance technical capabilities and productivity. Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum

5 years of hands-on technical experience

in software development. Minimum

2 years in a managerial or leadership role

managing technical teams and projects.

Technical Skills:

+ Strong proficiency in

Python

MySQL

(full-stack development).
+ Experience with

AWS

(EC2, Route53, IAM, CodeDeploy) setup and configuration.
