Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned
Project Manager
with hands-on experience inTemenos Transact (T24)
implementations to lead core banking transformation programs. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensure delivery excellence, and coordinate across cross-functional teams including business, technology, and vendor partners.Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
end-to-end T24 implementation or upgrade projects
, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and budget. Act as theprimary point of contact
between the bank, Temenos, system integrators, and internal stakeholders. Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business objectives. Facilitate regularsteering committee and stakeholder meetings
, providing clear reporting on project progress, risks, and mitigation plans. Ensure successfuldata migration, system integration, and go-live
activities. DriveUAT coordination
, training plans, and post-go-live support strategies. Ensure compliance withregulatory, security, and governance standards
.Requirements
Proven experience managing
Temenos T24 (Transact) implementation projects
. Strong understanding ofT24 modules
(e.g., AA, Lending, Payments, Treasury, etc.). Demonstrated ability to managemulti-vendor environments
and cross-functional project teams. Proficient inproject management tools
and methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid). Excellent skills instakeholder communication, budgeting, and risk management
. Strongbanking domain knowledge
- retail, corporate, digital, or treasury. Ability to overseemigration, interface design, SIT/UAT, and cutover plans
.Preferred Qualifications
Temenos T24 certification
or experience withTemenos tools (e.g., IRIS, TAFJ, TPH)
. Experience withTemenos Infinity
is a plus. PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certifications preferred. * Exposure tocloud-based T24 deployments
(Azure, AWS, Temenos SaaS) is an advantage.
