DescriptionMission statement:Responsible for successful execution/delivery of assigned projects on time, within budget, as per contract agreement, with on quality & safety framework of Hitachi Energy. Provide cost effective execution of Project deliverables in accordance with contract technical specification, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirements.Your responsibilities:You will be executing the projects as per contract scope, scheduling, and contractual conditions, reviewing the contract received from sales and understanding terms & conditions of project contracts, including awareness of risks of negative impact on margin, performance, and risk factors and planning, monitoring, and controlling the project activities (Scope, Time and Cost) proactively including project handover, execution planning, monitoring and control activities to accomplish the project goals.You will be developing project schedule and freezing with respective stakeholders (internal and external), preparation of project wise Master document list and maintaining the update and coordinating with Factory Team and customer for timely approval of drawings and documents and resolution of all projects related queries or issues during execution.You will be the single point contact and escalation point for customer for project issues and assuring Hitachi Energy commitments to customer are met, in accordance with contract, seeking to improve customer satisfaction and feedback through consistent customer Interaction and building trust, confidence & loyalty with customers.You will prepare and submit project progress report to customer as per contractual requirements.You will closely monitor, document change requests from customer related to project scope and getting approvals for time extension, additional cost etc.You will be evaluating and identifying the risks in project proactively and implementing the mitigating actions and coordinating with Factory and customer for Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and arranging the timely dispatch clearances.You will be coordinating with commercial team for Invoicing and with logistic team for dispatch of goods, service team for installation, testing and commissioning at site, customer for timely collection of payment and for As-built drawings, collection of PAC and Project Closure. You will report status or progress to internal stake holders or management with appropriate details.Living Hitachi Energy\'s core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Your background:You hold bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in engineering.Minimum 4+ years of experience through Project Handling in transformer industry or similar in HV equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.Strong and demonstrated experience in management of scope, cost, schedules and vendor/subcontractors.Solid experience in managing orders, ideally managing complex orders and different contractual types and experience in coordinating multiple key stakeholders/teams in remote locations.Solid computer skills including SAP (highly preferable), MS project, Outlook, Visio and demonstrated commercial understanding.Proactive and highly organized and influencing and Engaging skills to achieve notable outcomes.Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail.
