Job Responsibilities Main Role:

• Lead other sub-teams as required to achieve outcomes;
• Develop issue and risk management and mitigation strategies as required
• Support project director in providing advice to senior management on issues requiring attention.
• Supervise any work undertaken by contractors and consultants
• Train and mentor, all project team members;
• Liaise with other business unit or healthcare areas as required to meet the overall objectives of the program; and
• Consolidate and manage overall implementation schedule of the program with the support of various delivery parties

Supportive Role:

• To engage, manage and control requirements for programme.
• To manage clarification, qualification, and prioritisation for user requirement.
• Conduct pre-assessment, process mapping, user journey, interlock with various system owners.
• Organising and document the requirements and delivery artefacts.
• Coordinate and scheduling activities.
• Assist in engaging users on requirement gathering, qualification and prioritisation activities.
• Interlocking with cluster systems\xe2\x80\x99 solution architects and delivery team for solution design clarifications and technical specifications.
• Creating documentation for systems and sign-off requirements for deliverables

Job Requirements

• Supporting role for testing, cutover and go-live.
• Minimum 5 years in mid-large scale project management and/or delivery
• Minimum 5 years of management/leadership experience
• Strong leadership, people management, time management, problem solving, project management and conflict resolution skills
• Self-motivated team player with ability to work under tight project deadlines
• Experienced in journey experience mapping is an advantage
• Experienced in developing service blueprint is an advantage
• Domain knowledge in healthcare operation process is an advantage
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and organizational skills in a matrix reporting environment
• Preferably Certified Project Management (SAFe, CSM, CITPM, ITIL etc)
