Position Available:

Requirement:

Liaise with client\'s representatives with regards to all site matters with proper documentation.
Coordinate with workshop and subcontractors with the delivery of products and installation works.
Attend site meeting.
Ensure that staff and subcontractors carry out their work in a safe manner.
Responsible for monitoring the daily process and progress at the project.

Requirements

Minimum 5 year experience in design & build project management, especially in commercial office.
Experience in commercial office renovation is a a must
Good working attitude with the ability to communicate well for presentation to client.
Meticulous and detail oriented.
