--The Opportunity
- Opportunity to work within a government agency to support the implementation of healthcare policy
- Salary: Up to $5000 (Based on experience)
- Location: Biopolis
- 5 days work week (Hybrid arrangement)
- Min 1 year of experience in project management
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, ideally within research, academia, or a similar complex environment.
- Experience working with research initiatives and multi-party agreements.
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability.
- Develop, organize, and maintain project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely progress of the initiative\'s objectives.
- Act as the primary contact for the initiative, coordinating regular updates, presentations, and reports to stakeholders, and ensuring clear communication of project goals, progress, and challenges.
- Assist in managing the initiative\'s budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure all spending aligns with project requirements.
- Organize and facilitate education and socialization events to support the community in adopting the initiative\'s recommendations and guidelines.
- Identify potential risks or barriers to implementation, proactively developing and implementing solutions to address challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Support other activities that are instrumental to the success of the initiative.
